Ik kan niets bedenken. Van begin tot eind ging het bestelproces vlekkeloos. Zelfs het bezorgen was een dag eerder dan op de website aangegeven. En het allerbelangrijkst: de ontvanger is er nog steeds super blij mee!

This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Ik geef een negen omdat perfectie zo saai is :) Het product is goed net zoals de prijs. Aflevering en verzending zijn heel correct! Het product werd zeer goed ontvangen en is nu de lievelingsavondoutfit van mijn vriendin voor wie het cadeau bestemd was.
